Return & Refund Policy
Autonics will accept returns within 10 days of actual ship date of product and without a Returned Authorization Number.
The item must be salable in its original unmarked packaging, including any accessories and manuals. Configure-to-order, personalized or other customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless such product is Dead on Arrival (see section below for more details on DOA products). A 10% restock fee will apply to your credit or a minimum of $10 whatever is greater.
If the return is a result of our error, Autonics will pay for the return shipping charges. An exchange will be sent prepaid by Autonics or a full credit issued once we receive the incorrect product.
Requesting an RGA Number
Autonics will fax or email you a Customer RGA Request Form with the RGA number. We will not accept any returns without an RGA number.
DOA and/or Warranty Repair Information
Autonics warranties its product against defects in material or workmanship for 3 years from date of shipment from Autonics. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and shall be null and void if the equipment is modified, improperly installed or used, damaged by accident or neglect.
