Autonics Return and Warranty Policy
Autonics will only except returns from the original purchasing company.
Return & Refund Policy
Autonics will accept returns within 45 days of actual ship date of product and without a Returned Authorization Number.
The item must be saleable in its original unmarked packaging, including any accessories and manuals. Configure-to-order, personalized or other customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless such product is Dead on Arrival (see section below for more details on DOA products). A 10% restock fee will apply to your credit or a minimum of $10 whatever is greater.
If the return is a result of our error, Autonics will pay for the return shipping charges. An exchange will be sent prepaid by Autonics or a full credit issued once we receive the incorrect product.
Requesting an RGA Number
Please provide:
- your purchase order number
- purchase order date
- our invoice number
- part number of goods
- quantity
- reason for return
Autonics will fax or email you a Customer RGA Request Form with the RGA number. We will not accept any returns without an RGA number.
DOA and/or Warranty Repair Information
Autonics warranties its product against defects in material or workmanship for 3 years from date of shipment from Autonics. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and shall be null and void if the equipment is modified, improperly installed or used, damaged by accident or neglect.
Autonics Return and Warranty Policy
Dead on Arrival
Autonics will send a replacement within 45 days from date of original ship date directly to end user. The selling distributor or reseller will be charged for replacement and then issued a full credit upon receipt of defective product. All arrangements will be made through the selling distributor or reseller. Autonics will pay for all shipping charges. See Requesting an RGA Number.
Warranty Repair
Product determined to be defective after the 45 days from original ship date and within the 3 year warranty period shall be returned to Autonics prepaid for repair or replacement at Autonics discretion. No product will be accepted without an RGA number. See Requesting an RGA Number. The repaired or replacement will be shipped prepaid to customer or a representative of Autonics. A copy of the shipping invoice shall be sent to distributor or reseller if shipped directly to end user.
Autonics resposibility for malfuntions and defects in hardware is limited to repair or replace as stated in this warranty statement. no salesperson, representative or agent of autonics is authorized to make any guarantee, warranty, or representation in addition to the foregoing warranty except with a written letter from the president.
We do not accept liabaility beyond the remidies provided in this limited warranty or for consequential or incidental damages, including, without limitation, any liability for third-party claims against you for damages, for products not being available for use or loss of production. Our liability will be no more than the amount you paid for the product that is the subject of a claim. This is the maximum amount for which we are responsible.
